  1. Theme:    God has put many laws into effect in this world.  Some of these laws are physical and some of them are spiritual.  The law of seedtime and harvest is one law that is both spiritual and physical and though many people understand the physical side of this law many are being destroyed for lack of knowledge of how the spiritual aspect of this law affects our everyday life and these Laws Govern every persons life on this planet sinner or saint.
  1. What is the Law of Seedtime and Harvest?
  1. The Kingdom works by the Laws of the farm!
  1. Body:
  1. What is the Law of Seedtime and Harvest?
  1. First Law is found in Gen 1:12 which is every seed produces after its own kind.   Everything is a seed in one form or another.

  1. The Second Law is found in Gal 6:7-9, whatever you sow you will reap.

Gal 6:7-9
7    Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
8    For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
9    And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.   (NKJ)

  1. Examples of seeds:  your words, your possessions, your life.

    Prov 18:21
21    Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
    (NKJ)

    2 Cor 9:6
6    But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.   (NKJ)
    Mark 4:14
14    The sower sows the word.   (NKJ)
    Isa 55:11
11    So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.   (NKJ)
    1.

Conclusion:     As the new testament church we must understand the importance of seedtime and harvest , understand the laws that govern the process because these laws work 24 hours a day 7 day a week and 365.25 day a year.   We have also learned that our Harvest in life can be directly linked to the seeds we have be sowing whether good or bad.

  1. The Kingdom works by the Laws of the farm (7 steps to Harvest)!
  1. If you do not sow you will not reap (specifically Gods word).

11    Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening?
12    Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring can yield both salt water and fresh.   (NKJ)

  1. You must water and tend what you plant.

Josh 1:8
8    "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
